2. Description of Service

Find-My-PG is a platform that connects paying guest (PG) seekers with PG owners across India. We aggregate listings from PG owners who submit their properties and from publicly available map data. Find-My-PG does not own, operate, or manage any PG accommodations listed on the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Find-My-PG, you agree to: - Provide accurate and truthful information when creating listings - Not post fraudulent, misleading, or spam listings - Respect other users and PG owners - Not use the platform for any illegal purpose - Keep your account credentials secure

4. Listing Guidelines

PG owners who list on Find-My-PG must: - Provide accurate details about their property (address, rent, amenities, photos) - Keep listing information up-to-date - Respond to tenant enquiries in a timely manner - Not discriminate based on caste, religion, or ethnicity Find-My-PG reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines.

5. Payments & Plans

Find-My-PG offers free and paid listing plans: - Free: Basic listing visible in search results - Verified: Verified badge and higher ranking (paid monthly) - Premium: Gold badge, top ranking, and highlighted card (paid monthly) Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. All plan prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Find-My-PG — including the name, logo, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Find-My-PG. User-submitted listing content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the respective owners. By submitting a listing, you grant Find-My-PG a license to display your content on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Find-My-PG is a listing platform and does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information. We are not responsible for: - The condition or quality of any PG accommodation - Disputes between tenants and PG owners - Loss or damage arising from the use of our platform - Accuracy of third-party data (map listings) Users should verify all details independently before making any decisions.

8. Account Termination

Find-My-PG may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, post fraudulent listings, or engage in activity that harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of Find-My-PG after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
